By using this App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to verify your age at any time and may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this requirement.

InMyZone 2 is a neutral technology platform only. We are NOT:

• A transportation carrier, rideshare company, or taxi service
• A restaurant, food vendor, or food delivery service
• An innkeeper, hotel, or lodging provider
• A retailer, marketplace seller, or goods provider
• An employment agency or employer
• A dating service or matchmaking agency
• A gambling or gaming operator
• A financial institution or payment processor

All services, goods, rides, accommodations, jobs, and connections are provided by independent third-party users who are NOT employees, agents, or representatives of InMyZone 2.

We provide only the technology platform to facilitate connections between users. We do not vet, endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any user's conduct, services, goods, or content.

Promotional Credits ("Credits") are digital advertising credits purchased through PayPal for use exclusively within the platform.

By purchasing Credits, users acknowledge and agree that:

• Credits are non-refundable
• Credits are non-transferable
• Credits have no cash value
• Credits cannot be redeemed for money
• Credits cannot be withdrawn
• Credits cannot be exchanged between users
• Credits may only be used for platform promotional features such as:
  • Video boosts and promotion
  • Banner advertisements
  • Featured listings
  • Priority visibility enhancements
  • Platform advertising features
• The platform reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate Credit functionality at any time

IMPORTANT: Promotional Credits are NOT points, currency, or any form of legal tender. They are advertising credits only.

The platform provides a listing and connection service only.

For marketplace transactions involving food, rides, music, apps, stays, events, jobs, or other goods/services:

• All payments are handled directly between users
• The platform does NOT process, collect, hold, transmit, or store marketplace funds
• The platform is NOT an escrow service
• The platform does NOT guarantee payment or delivery
• Users assume full responsibility for conducting transactions safely
• Users may choose their preferred payment method, including but not limited to:
  • Cash
  • Zelle
  • Cash App
  • Venmo
  • PayPal direct transfer (between users, not through platform)
  • QR-based payment methods

CRITICAL: The platform ONLY charges listing fees or advertising fees. We do NOT touch, hold, or transmit funds for marketplace transactions.

The platform is NOT:

• A bank or financial institution
• A money transmitter or payment processor
• An escrow service
• A payment gateway
• A custodial wallet service

The platform does not offer financial services and does not provide custodial wallet services. All marketplace transactions are peer-to-peer only.

Users agree that they are responsible for:

• Verifying the identity of other users
• Ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations
• Safe completion of all transactions
• Tax reporting obligations for their transactions
• Using Promotional Credits only for lawful activities
• Not attempting to convert Credits into cash or real-world goods outside platform rules

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Selling Promotional Credits
• Exchanging Credits for cash
• Using Credits for gambling, wagering, or prize pooling
• Attempting to manipulate or exploit the promotional system
• Fraudulent transactions or chargebacks
• Using the platform as a payment processor for external businesses
• Money laundering or illicit financial activity

Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all Credits.

The Food Marketplace is a peer-to-peer platform where users can buy, sell, and arrange delivery or pickup of food items.

CRITICAL DISCLAIMERS:

• InMyZone 2 does NOT prepare, package, store, inspect, or deliver any food
• We do NOT verify food safety, quality, ingredients, or allergen information
• Sellers are solely responsible for compliance with all local health, food safety, and business regulations

• Delivery users operate independently and are NOT our employees
• All transactions are at your own risk

The Rides feature connects users who need transportation with independent drivers.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you:

• Violate these Terms or applicable laws

• Abuse the points system or payment features
• Create multiple accounts to exploit rewards
• Impersonate others or provide false information

Upon termination, you forfeit all points, pending transactions, and access to the App. We are NOT liable for any losses resulting from account termination.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

InMyZone 2 DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:

• Implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties of non-infringement
• Warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

InMyZone 2, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Lost profits, lost data, or business interruption
• Personal injury, property damage, or death
• Conduct or content of any third-party user
• Errors, bugs, viruses, or security breaches
• Any claims related to services, goods, or transactions between users

YOUR SOLE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION IS TO STOP USING THE APP.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless InMyZone 2 and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of the App or services obtained through the App
• Your violation of these Terms or applicable laws
• Your content or conduct
• Your transactions with other users
• Any injury, damage, or harm caused to any third party

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting in the App.

Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the App.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where InMyZone 2 is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration association, except where prohibited by law.

🔞 ADULT CONTENT POLICY — STRICTLY 18+ ONLY

InMyZone operates a dedicated adult content section (XxxHub). Access to this section is restricted exclusively to users who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher).

Identity & Age Verification Requirements:

• All users attempting to access adult content must complete AI-powered identity verification using a valid government-issued photo ID
• Users must submit: (1) front of government ID, (2) back of government ID, (3) a selfie holding the ID
• Acceptable IDs include: Driver's License, Passport, National ID card
• The AI verification system checks: document authenticity, age estimate, facial match between selfie and ID
• Submitting false, altered, or another person's ID is a criminal offense and will result in immediate permanent ban and may be reported to law enforcement

• The platform's "Cloud Mining" feature is a SIMULATED/VIRTUAL mining experience only. It does not perform actual cryptocurrency mining on real blockchain networks unless explicitly stated.
• Points earned through the mining feature are platform reward points only — they are NOT cryptocurrency, NOT legal tender, and have NO guaranteed cash value
• The platform does NOT mine, pool, or aggregate user computing resources for cryptocurrency generation on behalf of users without explicit disclosure and consent
• PROHIBITED: Users may NOT use any platform feature, code, script, or tool to perform unauthorized cryptocurrency mining using InMyZone's servers, infrastructure, or other users' devices
• Deploying browser-based crypto mining scripts (cryptojacking) targeting other users is strictly prohibited and constitutes computer fraud under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA)
• Any attempt to exploit the mining features for financial gain beyond the stated reward system is prohibited
• Automated bots, scripts, or programs used to farm mining points constitute fraud and will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of all points and rewards
• The platform reserves the right to modify, limit, or discontinue mining features at any time without notice or compensation

LEGAL WARNING:

Unauthorized crypto mining using third-party infrastructure without consent may violate: the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA), state computer crime laws, and international equivalents. InMyZone will cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations of suspected illegal mining activity on the platform.

TAX NOTICE: If any cryptocurrency rewards are issued through platform features, users are solely responsible for reporting and paying all applicable taxes on such rewards per IRS guidelines and applicable local law.

InMyZone provides a neutral peer-to-peer listing platform for CBD, hemp, and cannabis-related products. The following terms apply to all smoke shop and dispensary listings:

Age Restriction:

• You must be 21 years of age or older to access, browse, or purchase any cannabis or THC-related product listings
• CBD and hemp products derived from hemp (≤0.3% THC per the 2018 Farm Bill) may be purchased by users 18+ in eligible jurisdictions
• Users accessing the CBD/THC Shop section must affirmatively confirm their age and acceptance of legal terms before entry

Platform Role:

• InMyZone is a technology listing platform only — we do NOT sell, distribute, ship, or deliver any cannabis or hemp products
• We do NOT verify seller licenses, product lab results, or compliance with state cannabis regulations
• All listings are created by independent users who are solely responsible for their legal compliance

Legal Compliance:
